need help with holley 750 (4160)??????

i just got my car shipped up to new york from florida. my car ran beutiful in fl but when it came up here it doesnt seem to wanna run right. it will idle in park fine well almost fine it has a little more movemnet then in fl but not too much then i put it in gear and it stales out or the rpms will go down to 200-300 rpm strugle then die it sux. well i took a look at the secodary side yesturday and noticed that there was a zip tie holding the secondary open. ok thats not supposed to be there i know but what i need is someone to take a pic of there 4160 secondary side and post it or e-mail it to me cause i am not sure which part i need and dont need to order.

What's the list #?

No there's not supposed to be any zip ties holding anything on a carb. Nuke it.

A good place to start might be to rebuild it; soak it in lacquer thinner and put new gaskets in it, and adjust it like the instructions that come with the kit.
