Kick down/Detent Cable

I'm having trouble hooking up the detent cable to the carburetor, its a Holley 650DP. Can anyone give me some sort of clue as to how to put it on.

You'll need a kit...

Give Holley a call, and get the part number to a "Throttle Lever Adapter" kit. I once bought one for my Edelbrock CARB awhile back, Holley should offer one as well....

Did you yourself remove the detent cable from the stock CARB? It's a 'snap on' cable.... it 'clips' onto to a small 'stump' (I don't know how else to describe it lol) on the lever....
