I read that a wide-band 02 sensor is the best way to go. Will the wide-band oxygen sensor work with any type of air/fuel guage?
Has anyone had experience with Cyberdyne guages?

a standard A/F ratio gauge is designed to monitor a very narrow range of output. It will not display the accuracy that the wideband O2 puts out. You'll need a display(gauge) that is designed to work with a wideband O2.

Narrow Band (NB) O2 sensors hook up directly to the A:F gauge. They use a 0-1 volt signal.
Wide Band (WB) O2 sensors need a special Controller/Power Supply and usually outputs a 0-5 volt signal.
Here is a Site that is probably the Internet Bible of WB O2 sensor info:

Unfortunately it’ll be a few months before they have a Controller for sale.
