Can I dissable fast idle cam?

My car idles way too high in the morning. 2000RPM, I always kick it right down and it drops to 1750. If I had it my way, choke would only be around 1300 RPM, and it would have 1 stage.

Is there any way to change this? I'm seriously thinking about switching to mechanial choke so I can control the idle speed....I just don't like how my Street Avenger's Choke works at all.

Adjust the fast or choke idle speed, perhaps?

I loosened the screw...it dropped the start up by 200RPM. I'll see in the morning how it reacts stone cold.

Thnx
