Throttle position sensor for E4ME

Where is the throttle postion sensor for the E4ME cc 4b carb? What exactly does it do? Does it tell the computer to change the timing when the throttle is not in the idle position?

It's under the air horn, operated by the accelerator pump lever (the green one).

It tells the computer where the throttle is so it can use that information along with manifold absolute pressure, engine speed, vehicle speed, and O2 voltage to make mixture and timing decisions.
