First guess is always "vacuum leak".
You've got an unusual combination - not many carb'd LT1's out there - hence our hesitation to take a stab at it. And, why you more than likely have a vacuum leak.

Well, the distributor doesnt have an vac advance and i dont think i hooked a carb vac to anything else then the brake booster adn the pcv valve
so where would it be a leak

No vacuum advance probably isn't helping you. What distributor are you running? I can't say I'm all that familiar with carbed LT1 needs and issues. It certainly isn't very common yet.
Vacuum leaks can be on the carb (unplugged, unused ports), mount gaskets, or anywhere the intake meets other parts of the engine. Did you check the manifold over carefully for unused, unplugged ports?

ok, went over it the other day, there seems to be no vacuum leaks, so i cleaned the carb, taped it around a couple of time, adjusted the idle, and now it seems to run ok, it still hesitates a little when it first starts, but after about 15 seconds, it runs good, in park it idles at 1000rpm and in gear at a light its about 600 to 700 rpm, so i thik its ok, ill play with it a little more, i think i might invest in a new carb...
