You will have to get a vacuum/mechanical advance distributor. Most people go with a large cap w/coil HEI unit. You can get a complete brand new unit from Summit for about $150.
You'll also need to figure out some way to lock up the torque converter clutch since your computer is going braindead.

You can use the carb listed in that link.

You will also have to figure out some sort of choke arrangement, assuming the picture can be trusted, because it appears to be a divorced choke style that uses a mechanical choke thermostat mounted on the intake manifold.
Since partsamerica.com is a "My Vehicle"-dependant website, I cannot tell exactly what application that carb is intended for. It doesn't work "backwards", if you will.
But, q-jets are very adaptable, and you can use most any q-jet on most any engine. Since the price is so low, I seriously doubt it is any big block hi-po application carb.

I would guess the picture isn't correct, then. They were using a "hot air" choke in those days, which used a funky system to heat up a tube that stuck in the exhaust cross-over passage. You should be able to put a regular electric choke thermostat on the built-in housing and put 12v switched to it (I've converted hot-air q-jets that way before).
