Fuel Pump Help!!!!!!

Engine: 355ci big cam,wrp heads,demon carb, blue printed and dynoed at 447 hp and 479 torque
Transmission: 700r4 by monster motor sports
Fuel Pump Help!!!!!!
I am still using the IN-tank Fuel pump in my camaro and would like to use a holley or mallory fuel pump for my demon carb. Has any one left the pump in the tank and used one of these other fuel pumps to draw through the In-tank Fuel pump and will it work effectivly

The reports seem to be about half & half - some no problems, others can't keep up. No real pattern as to car, pump, engine, etc. that I've been able to detect.
I'd say you're taking a significant risk if you don't remove the in-tank.
