i have a couple of issues, now this was last fall before i put the car in a garage and did a lot of work like engine and exhaust im just about to bring it back to the road, but im guesing these problems will still be there. since there was no exhaust last fall im not sure about this one but i dont think my 4barrels were kicking in, maybe i couldnt hear but i would think i would, what do you think? and also after start up, if i was revving it up to warm it up it has like a serious hiccup of hesitation, like it will alsmost drop in rps for a half a second before it rises. what could these be?

 

Sort of sounds like the choke is neither going on all the way or going off all the way.
