This should probably be on the carburator board. And i guess thats a good deal, if you got those prices from summit thats about the best price you're gonna get. summit makes cam kits that are pretty good and a heck of a lot cheaper than what you listed.

If that is part number SUM-CHLY100 it looks like a decent kit. You might want to try piecing together your own kit you might save some pennies.
