Switching to carb?

Car: 1990 Pontiac Firebird Formula
Engine: 305
Transmission: 700 R4
Axle/Gears: peg leg
Switching to carb?
If i was to switch from TBI to carb, what size would a good one be for the stock 305? Also what fuel pump should i use? I'm not going to keep the stock heads, and im going to take the cat off and run headers, not sure how much of that would effect my carb choice. Thanks.

Just keep the electric pump you have now but buy a pressure regulator and set it for about 6 psi at the carb.

Make that a regulator that controls pressure via a fuel return.
