is 600cfm too small?
i'm switching out my tbi setup to go carb.
is a 600 cfm just right for my engine?
i have a 305w/lt1 cam,416heads,longtube heddman hedders,edelbrock intake,open element k&n,3" flowmasters exhaust.

depends on what carb it is. i had a 600cfm vacuum secondary holley on my combo and went 13.70's, but i put a 650cfm double pumper on and went 13.0's...so, yeah. but i think the double pumper part had more to do with it then the 50 extra cfm. i believe a 650 is about optimal though, but the 600 is nice and doesn't require as much fuel to run properly.
