There are a few options. You can scour the salvage yards for the parts you need, although many yards do not have 20-year old vehicles lying around, since they are crushed and recycled after a while to make space for later vehicles.
You can try to order the parts through a dealership, but some dealers may not have the old microfiche or parts information available to them.
You can search the aftermarket. That includes some of our board sponsors who maintain an inventory of ThirdGen parts, as well as other retailers. For instance, Hawks may have a complete AIR diverter system within their salvage inventory. Several other aftermarket retailers have the diverter valve and silencer available, as well as bulk hose.
A quick search at RockAuto.com shows nearly the entire emissions system available:

If you haven't found one yet, I *might* still have mine. I ditched the old-style valve when I converted to serpentine.
I'll take a look next time I'm in VA, where I keep all my old useless emissions stuff.

i just took all the emmisions control off my car a month ago. problem is i have no idea what each part is. give me a discription, ill bet i have it sitting in a box outside.

The valve he needs (the only part that is discontinued) looks vaguely like a Cold War-era Russian satellite. It has two two-cavity electrical connectors and three or four large (~1/2" OD) hose barbs.
It's really hard to miss. Not much looks like it.
