Holley 4160 RE-design...

Hey all, just wanted some input on this. As a 2nd-year engineering project, I chose to model a holley 4160 4-bbl. I'll be doing this in 3-D CAD (inventor), then it will go to a 3D printer to be modeled. All the the larger components will be made in the printer directly from the CAD models I've made, the smaller will be off of my donor carb. My question to you guys is what changes would you like to see in the 4160?

If it has a single fuel inlet, make the inlet lower so I can use a drop-base air cleaner and it will fit right.

I heard that holley put overly rich idle circuits on them so the tuner couldn't lean it out enough to burn a piston, with the new age of gas prices you can't afford to be overly rich anywhere(an oxymoron). So some leaner idle circuits to update it into this century would be cool.

Good idea, might help with holley's fuel mileage (or lack thereof) Thanks
