1982 camaro Qjet decoding help
i need help decoding my Qjet. the numbers are "17082204-----0962 dam" "71325s" "gm17059182". please help

Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
1708 = E4ME
2 = 82
204 = application (F body 305)
THe rest of the numbers are kind of downhill from there. 0962 looks like a date code; DAM looks like a shift code or machine (work center) code; 71325s I won't try to guess; 17059182 looks like a casting number.
The only really useflu thing it tells you is that it's for a 82 F body.
What is it you really want to know?

thanks guys, i just needed to know that the carb is from a 1982 camaro. ive had more one than carb just like it and want to know i had the right one. thanks
