q jet

would a performance built q jet be an improvement over my 600 edelbrock or would it not make any difference, i really dont know thats why im asking.

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
A q-jet built and tuned properly for your engine would probably yield better fuel economy than your Performer, and if the engine can use more than 600 CFM same q-jet would probably make more power.
