TBI or carb for new 383 engine ? Please advice

Hi,
I’m just at the end of finishing total restoration of my ‘89 chevy Camaro RS after several months. Sanding, painting, lots of new stuff (like LS1 conversion brake, etc)
Old engine was sold, and it’s time to start building new one and here the questions appear? My first desire was to build powerful TBI power plant since this was the injection system which I used previously on 305 engines. During the year I have already bought some parts for the motor but in the meantime few times I changed mine mind regarding injection systems which I’d like to use.
Please if you where me what would you put into the car in order to be satisfy in terms of performance / drivability of the car for longer weekend trips 2’’ big TBI (90 injectors) with new computer inside or carburetor ? Please see my combo which I already have and advise what to buy next. Now it’s a point to choose the future way
1. bored honed 350 main block ready to be assembly
2. Complete stroker kit for 383 ci (1 piece seal 5140 crank 3,70’’ stroke, TRW H860CP pistons 10,4 compression on 64 heads, 5140 rods with ARP bolts, bearings cleavite77, balancer PP 80003 for manual transmission, McLoad flaywell #450361, Meiling high volume oil pump,
3. Small base cam (custom grind) from Crane Cams: specification here Probably needs to be changed if carb will take place

My desire was to buy additionally big bore TBI 2’’, edelbrock performRPM intake, Dart Iron 200cc heads, but reading article tuning TBI systems I’m not sure if it’s good idea still build 383 TBI. If you where me would you switch to carburetor? If yes please tell me what parts do I need to change in order to start the engine on carburetor? I want to keep control of air conditioning as well. What type of carburetor? (I though about double bumper 750 cmf, but ther is huge choice of them – electric choke, manual choke, etc.) Which one is the best choice?? Performance is one think but I have to remember about gas mileages as well 
Please advice
Thanks,
RObert

If I were you I'd run a Holley stealth ram and the TPI computer to control multiport EFI. Pick MAF or SD based on preference. Oh wait, I already did that on my 327. I would definitely not run TBI on a 383, you will be sacrificing a ton there in the power dept.
