Um m i have a 350 chevy bored out 30 over with a mild cam................

 

non computer controlled carb and distributor?

what are the cam specs, specifically, duration at .050" or part #?

have 34* at 3000RPM. If you have a lot of cam you'll need to do some fiddling to get more advance at idle, and less mechanical. You'll probably want an adjustable vacuum can, more adjustability = better performance.
