Wont idle

Car: IROC/F250 7.3
Engine: LS12367
Transmission: Autos
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Wont idle
Can some one tell me what is missing or why my engine wont idle. It has to have something to do with this butterfly. I know I dont have the T/V Cable hooked up, but it should idle with out it? Here's a video of what happens, itr always wants to die when I release that butterfly
