hood clearance
Just the regular Perfomer Air Gap will, the RPM version will clear also if you're just using the regular air filter assembly that came with carburated FBodies. Or, you'll need at least a 1.5" drop base if you want to run a 3" element. That's what I have with the RPM intake.

You'll need the banjo fitting for the fuel line when using a drop base cleaner, and you may have to get a 1/2 inch plastic spacer (mr. gasket) as well, to clear the linkage and electric choke (if you have). With the spacer, you may have to reduce the element size to 2 1/2 inches for the hood to clear - I had to go this route with my performer RPM and 1406 carb.
