hmm, worst case is you remove your intake manifold from the motor, put it on your bench and remove that bolt one way or another. It's a lot easier on a bench then wayyyyy in the back of the engine bay....
best case would be to heat it up and remove it or something...

possibly. If they lose their connectivity, and therefore you get no spark through it.
