Any opening of the secondaries at all, even slowly opening them?
Have you checked the secondary bowl fuel level?

Have you checked your secondary pump shot? The bog comes from not getting enough fuel, when the secondary opens quickly the AIR atomizes and goes to the sides of the cylinker walls and you get a lean condition, that second shot mixes with the air and restores the correct A/F ratio. It a notorious problem for the big secondarys on Quadra Boggs.....The best thing is it is so much easyer to cure on a Holley.

Let me restate my question: Do you have a problem whenever the secondaries are open at all, or just when you first go WOT? For instance, if you give it just enough throttle to start opening the secondaries, does it bog down on you?
Trying to establish whether you have a secondary main circuit problem, or as suggested by the other reply, an accelerator pump circuit problem.
