carb install

I took off the carb to my camaro maybe a year ago, and I didn't actually label anything, though i wish i had. I have no clue how to reinstall this bad boy. I've got the throttle linkage back on, but I have no clue which wires plug into the carb. It's a rochester quadrajet with electric choke(i think). any help would be greatly appreciated..

Eddie.

There are 4 wires that go the carb: One-wire connector to the electric choke thermostat; two-wire connector that goes to the MCS on the top front passenger side corner of the carb; three-wire connector that goes to the TPS on the front driver's side corner of the carb; and a one-wire connector that goes to the high idle solenoid on the front driver's side corner of the carb. They can't be connected to anything else.

what about that tubing coming out from the back of the carb? I've been looking at it trying to figure out where it went.

That goes to the power brake booster.

And does that connect via a hose of some sort? I really don't even remember disconnecting it. I tried to start it up anyway last night but it didn't start up. Oh well We'll see after the rain.)

do you know what color the wire that goes to the electric choke would be? and assuming that it were to be in the correct place, would there be any reason for it not to open? I finally got my car running about a week and a half ago and I'm having trouble getting it tuned right. I noticed this today that the choke wasn't opening so the only way the car could really run was with the advance too high. Any help would be appreciated.

Eddie.
