Decoding my Q-Jet

generally i know how to decode stuff, but one number has got me confused on this one. Can some Q-jet Gurus chime in?

As i read it.

1708 1282
2730 DKD

Top to Bottom, left to right;

1708---> Later series 1980s
1----> Year produced, in this case 1= 1981
2 ---> Quadrajet (4 bbl) Federal standards
8 ----> ??????? I thought it may be a 3, for cadillac, but i posted a pic, judge for yourself.
2----> EVEN NUMBER meaning Auto Trans.

273 ---> 273rd day of the year
0---> Year
DKD---> Production Plant Code

According to http://www.carburetion.com/Number/bynumber.asp :

81-86 Chev/GMC/Truck OP 64-7160

Probably a 1981 model year carb manufactured in 1980.
