what kind of power with this setup?

well ive got most of my motor stuff done i finished getting my nitrous stuff but i was going to see what you guys thought this setup would run. it is probably a pretty common setup so i should get alot of answers

comp xe268 cam
stock bottom end 350
64cc heads 1.94/1.6 valves
holley street dominator intake
holley 650 double pumper carb
accell billet coil in cap distributor 7mm mallory plug wires and ngk plugs
700r4 w/ 2300-2500 stall.
edlebrock tes shorties and y-pipe, cutout and 3" catback flowmaster.
9bolt rear with 3.45 gears posi. new street tires.

what do you guys think it should do horsepower wise and et wise.

i have a 150hp n20 shot not hooked up yet.

the car weighs 3500 and idk how the traction is going to be but i dynoed the car and it did 230rwhp and that is way off of what it should be something is seriously wrong and i cant find out what it is. all the parts in it are new except for the bottom end and we inspected it and it looked fine. i know the setup should be about a 300 horse setup or close to it but ever since i have got it running it has been VERY sluggish. so the transmission is not doing too great at all its like it is in 2 gears at one time im going to put a new tranny in it and see how that does b4 i do anything else.
