fpr question

i have a 1988 camaro 350 tbi and im looking to put a carb on it, i have a holley 4150 650 cfm vaccuum secondary, electric choke at my house, i need a inline fuel pressure regulator that has a bypass and a provision for a gauge, if anyone has the name or part number for a fpr like that id greatly appreciate it, intake manifold suggestions are welcome too

Mallory 4309 seems to be the popular one to use. Whatever it is has to be a return type.
