Wiring mess

I am trying to wire up a carb swap on my 85 TA and need a litttle help I am swaping to carb the only problem is some one else already started it and it is a mess I have the wires cut comming out of the c100 terminal from the fire wall so I picked up another harness from the junk yard only problem is they cut it at the same point.I figured out all the wiring except the two red they both go to the starter but one of them have three wires spliced into it two go to the alternator and I don't know where the third one goes I think the battery but not sure? I do need to know does the red wire (with no splices)go to the red wire from the c100 A4 terminal that is the ignition switched terminal or to the other red wire from the c100 G5 terninal hot circuits? I am also hooking up an electric fuel pump with a relay kit and oil pressure safety switch and was woundering where to hook up the N terminal on the switch they say to hook it up to the starter circuit that should have power with the key on and while cranking I think I read here before that is the R terminal on the starter. Any help would be nice as I am almost done and the weather here in Canada is starting to get nice and I want to go for a ride.
