bogs when braking and choke problems.

I just got done re jetting the carb i took everything apart besides the main body. I got it all back together and on the car it pulls the same amount of vacuum. Everytime i hard brake it bogs and the rpms drop down to 500 when it normaly idles at 750. as for the choke is there a way there adjusted mine seems to open really quick and before when it was open all the way i could not force it to go down alittle at all now i can force it to close slightly.

try lowering the rear float level a bit and make sure it has this white vent baffle installed. fuel maybe coming out of the rear vent tube under hard braking.
