Vacuum line for accessories?

So I guess I need vacuum to operate my heater and vent controls? I dont have ac. Is this true or do I have another problem?
If I do need it where in the carb would be the best place? Above the throttle plate or below?

There are no vacuum accessories on a non-A/C car.

So if you removed the ac, you shouldnt need any vacuum? Maybe I need to look at my wiring hacks.......

You didn't say you removed it. You'll still need vacuum then.
