Edelbrock avs 650 running slight lean at idle and really lean at just off idle/cruise
Hey guys what would cause the below condition..... I have 19" vaccum at idle screws 2.5 turns out silver springs 98 primary jet with a .065x.047 rod and 95 secondary jet. I am using an autometer gauge with an edelbrock 02 sensor one in each bank and both are pretty consistent with each other.

if its just lean at idle and part throttle change your rods maybe try a .063x.047 or go to a .100 main jet and put in the orange springs so it doesent richen up till you have the throttle cracked some more...
did you actually tune it with the vac guage or did you just turn it 2.5turns out cause thats what the manual says to start at after a rebuild?

I got it new and went out 2.5 turns to try to get it to read stoich on the a/f monitor at idle but no luck. I didn't figure it would do any more good to go out farther than that. I don't have a smaller cruise rod so I'll probably have to go up a jet size.
