What jets as a starting point for a 650 DP?

I tried doing a search but most of these terms are pretty common and it was tricky to find something all that relevant.

I've got a used Holley 650 DP, Im not sure exactly what jets are in it at the moment, but I figure I likely wont be sticking with them anyway.

I've got a fresh 350 built. Some slightly worked over Vortec heads, mild street cam, and a GMPP dual-plane carb intake. Seems like it should be a fairly straightforward combination. Just wondering where I should start as far as jet sizes for initial startup.

Get the List number off of the front of the choke tower. Go to www.holley.com, click on the tech info link. There will be a carb numerical listing that will show what jets, PV, etc., were in the carb stock.

Re: What jets as a starting point for a 650 DP?

I could have sworn I looked there for it (I have a book also, and it didnt list it either... but books are never completely up to date) a while back and didn't see it, but it's up there now. Go figure.

Apparently my jets are, stock anyway, 67 and 73... I'll probably use that as a baseline unless someone chimes in and has a problem with it.

Thanks!

Well, I should have gone through the steps myself before I hit "Submit Reply". Anyway, in case somebody else is looking for the information, it's Tech Services, Technical Library, and Carb Numerical Listing (today, anyway).
