The last carb on an f-body was in the 1987 model year.
A '92 RS, if V8, would have a Throttle Body Injection unit on it from the factory. The air cleaner looks like a carb air cleaner. The throttle body looks like a 2-bbl carb to the untrained eye.
It's probably a TBI.

Re: 92 rs 305
92 Camaros did not come from the factory with carbs. I want to say 87 was the last year for factory carbs. Now in the last 15 years any possible mod could of been done. That car is probably a TBI. If the owner does not know the difference between a carb and a tbi I would check out everything he says about the car before I purchase it. Sounds like he didn't do his homework so maybe you should.
You can go to this link to see the production drive train info on the 92 Camaro: https://www.thirdgen.org/1992-chevy-camaro

that is what I thought I would see on a 305 or 350 of this year.

Re: 92 rs 305
That's what you see on a Z28 in 91 or 92. Not an RS. The RS has TBI.
The unit looks something like this:

Should have a big round air cleaner around it like a carb.
IF you want a fast car, look for a car with the system you linked. If you want a project car to make fast, get either, if you just want a car, get an RS.
