1986 Z28

I just bought a 1986 z28 with 305 with a carb. My problem is when the car is at idle its fine. But when you go to give it gas it bogs at first the its ok. When you are driving and you floor it no problem only from a stop it does it . Any ideas? Also anyone know what cfm of the stock carb is or how do I find out?

The stock carb is capable of about 750 CFM. It self-adjusts for the flow the engine can use.

Sounds like your accelerator pump isn't. With the engine off, take off the air cleaner and hold the choke butterfly open. Open the throttle and watch for a squirt of fuel into each of the front barrels of the carb. It should squirt immediately and last well into the stroke of the throttle.
