I am going to build a flat-top,performer intake, headers, rv cam w/1.6ers, tb heads- light port and shape
I am going to keep the govenor set at 4500 shifts and I want all kinds of torque

will this carb hold me back and is there any little tricks that I can do to make it work better
ie- are the jets and the metering rods big enough
thanks for the help!!!

You're going to have to tear down the carb and find out what's in it.
Then rebuild it, and try it out. You don't know how it'll run until you try it, then jet/rod it as you go.
That carb won't hold you back.
