What Wires should I keep when i switched from efi to carb? I know the typical power wires and all, but are there any wires fro my computer I should not remove? My vatts is already disarmed so no worries there.

Also anyone knowledgable on how to fix the tv cable?

Ignition, alternator, gages (temp, oil pressure), TCC lock-up.

You will need a TV corrector bracket. Which one you get depends upon what carb you get.

"Tight" isn't quite the word I'd use. "Adjusted" is more like it.

As to which corrector bracket, either summitracing.com or jegs.com, or as you said, the carb manufacturer.
