Can I use -8an line?

I have some fuel system bits ordered with summit, and they wont have any of the -6an hose, until early july. They have -8an,would this be to big,and cause any problems,or can i use it?.Looking at the ID sizes of both on a digital caliper, theres not a lot of difference.By the way this is their twist tite hose i'm getting.

Thank's,
Alicat.

Yea, no problems having a hose too big. As long as you can get the fittings to downsize to make it still connect to whatever you're connecting it to.

Re: Can I use -8an line?

Summits arrival date has changed to 21/5, so i'll leave it as -6an.Would have involved changing a few fittings, and having a few too many joins for my liking, but good to know i can use bigger line.

Thanks.
