I just had the carb on my 83 2.8 rebuilt and ever since the car is at wot when it is in neutral and park. If I can get the car in drive or reverse before the rpm's get to high I can just powerbrake it and I can keep the rpms resonable. I tried the ajustment screw, holding the buterflies closed, and unpluging the computer but nothing seems to help. Thanks for any suggestions.
