i went to work just fine went to go to lunch, started my car and it was sputtering when i give it gas, its real choppy and is hard to gain speed while driving any ideas? i have an 84 camaro with a 350 swap and the original q jet but it has been rebuilt, is it time to do what everyone says and get rid of the quadra-junk or is it not the carb?

 

ignore them. they probably drive fuel injected engines or are familiar w/ a different carb. maybe you just need an adjustment on the carb. you know, may be running real rich which doesn't matter on the way to work when rpms are high but makes a difference later in the day. or choke? just guessing. the sticky article helped me understand quite a bit about these carbs.
