Carb Problems

I have what I believe is a carb issue. I have a 92 Camaro with a 350 4bbl Edlebrock 750 cfm. The main problem is that the first time I start the car each day whether it is in the morning or afternoon, no matter what temperature it is outside it never wants to start. I will pump the pedal a few times before attempting to start. Then I will crank it for 5-10 seconds stop and repeat until it starts. It usually takes about 1- 1 1/2 minutes to get it started. Problem number two is that once it does start it runs very rough for a while. For example if I try to accelerate it will just fall on its face, then I let off the gas and get back on it will go. This will happen at either part or full throttle. That problem seems to occur mostly when my car is first started, whether it is the first time of the day or any time after that it has problems going from a stop. If you want to know anything else about the car just let me know, any advice is appreciated. Thanks for the help.

Re: Carb Problems

Which Edelbrock 750 do you have, and how did you set up the choke?

Re: Carb Problems

I don't think I ever did set up the choke. I'm not even sure how to set up the choke. I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to carbs so, how would I go about doing that. As for what kind of carb it is I'm not sure I could find out but I'm at work right now.
