Wrong mech fuel pump....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Wrong mech fuel pump....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hey im currently converting my 91 tbi camaro 305, into carb.....

Does anybody know witch mechanical fuel pump will work for the 91 camaro???
I took off the block off plate, then when i decided to bolt up the fuel pump off a 79 camaro it didnt bolt up..... the fuel pump i have has two bolts...... but the block on the 305 has 4 bolts ands it a big square(diffrent from 2 bolts two traingle shape fuel pump

Im i missing something here? please some one help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're missing the fuel pump mounting plate, which has 4 holes, two of which take bolts to mount the plate to the block. The pump is mounted with bolts that go through the other two holes into the block. If you're missing the fuel pump mounting plate, you're probably also missing the fuel pump pushrod.

Yeah i just modified the stock plate so that the pump fits throught there.... i also got the fuel pump pushrod at kragen.....

To bad my 91 camaro 305 doesnt have a cam lobe for the fuel pump...
ASK ME HOW I KNOW!!!!!!

Iam just going with fuel pressure regulator since the stock electric pump still works......
