which intake

Tring to figure out which intake to get. Converting my 84 z28 back to gas from propane (you read that right long story). Have a brand new Edelbrock square bore carb. Wont fit on original intake. Cant put in an adapter plate due to hood clearence. Dont want to change hood or put on a scoop. Dont want to spend too much. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Re: which intake

I'm going to assume you don't need emission stuff like an EGR valve:

Your squarebore Eddy carb should seal up on this manifold even without an adapter, but if you need one it's just a 1/8" metal plate you can buy for about $8.

Re: which intake

Isn't that summit stage I manifold basically a copy of an Edelbrock Performer? I picked up a used performer for my 86 for 40 bones, and after a good cleaning and painting with high temp aluminium paint, it looks great.
