Cant idle down new holley
I bought a new holley 650 street hp double pumper. I preset and cleaned everything before I bolted it on, set the accelerator pump clearance, and set the secondary screw 1/2 turn past touching as per holley's instructions. I can't get it to idle low enough, I can turn the idle screw all the way out and it is still too high. Idle mixture is set, and I am running 12* initial timing, and have the vacuum advance set to full manifold and am also running a pvc breather. I pull about 17" of vacuum at idle around 1100. I have an LT4 hot cam.

Glad you figured it out. Most people don't realize both primaries and secondaries are involved in idle speed.
