Removed quadrajet

I removed my quadrajet and replaced with non computer controled holley. Also replaced Dist. Car is running now. Do I have to take the ecm out or can I just leave it. Or is it still trying adjust things. Or since there is no cc dist does it matter if its in or out.

You can just leave it there. The only thing it will do is turn on the SES light.
