Help me identify my carb

So I have two carbs that came with my car when I bought it off the previous owner. One looks like every other qjet Ive seen but the other has an extra port on it and Im not sure what its for. I've attached some pictures. My car has a wire that fits this port and the car seems to run better when I use this carb with that wire hooked up. I'm currently using a qjet that doesnt have this plug on it and while it does run, it idles rougher and doesnt seem to pull as hard. I removed this carb off my car because I suspect it is leaking and needs a rebuild (the car smelled of gas for hours after being driven with this carb on). What's the plug for?

Computer controlled carb. Use it as the other one won't work well, (advance, metering)

Thats what I thought it was. I assume you can still rebuild a cc-qjet? Im surprised it is a cc qjet because supposedly cc cars never made it to canada.

that is a non-cc carb. when rebuilding take careful note of settings, as the settings on that carb probably were set better than the one on the car you're using now. check out this post: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/carb...-cc-q-jet.html
