How modded is the 350? Thats a relatively small carb, and laid back intake.
Personally, I think you would be happier with a 750 cfm carb with mechanical secondaries: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-M08750MS/
and a manifold like this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-226014/
But... more info on the 350 would be helpful. What year are the heads on it? That will determine what intakes will fit. And how much power do you expect/want to make?

Good deal for the money, although I still think the carb is a little on the small side. Don't forget the non-cc distributor, pressure regulator, return spring, return spring bracket and throttle cable bracket. (and TV cable adapter if you have an auto)

What do you guys think i found a guy who would sell me his complete tpi system from the heads up for $400 with the wiring harness you guys think that is better than going with this combo or is tpi more harder to do the swap

If you aren't going to be adding performance parts to your motor I'd just go TPI. What do you have in it now, though? Cause depending on that you'll also need a new fuel pump.

no i am gonna keep it stock only headers and a exhaust on the car because its gonna be for a daily driver. Right now i have a tbi in the car right now and i am wanting to put the 350 to beat my friends mustang

In my experience, swapping to a carburetor is easy, I never liked messing with fuel injection. BUT, if keeping it emmisions legal is a concern TPI is your only choice. (A properly tuned carburetor will actually make more horsepower than TPI though, because it can "breathe" so much better in the higher RPM's)

TPI is a better choice for a mildly modified daily driver.

Well emissions is not a problem but i also never done a fuel injection swap so i think i will have to pay a mechanic would that be expensive

It probably would be expensive. First, you'd have to find someone who knows what they're doing. Second, there wouldn't be any flat rate for the job, so they'd have to charge for their time. Third, no telling what problems he'll run into, wiring connectors not quite matching up for instance, for which he's going to charge hourly to resolve.
But, it isn't all that hard. With some patience and advice you can get here, you can do the job - if you could install that Summit kit, you can do a TPI install.

My friends dad is a mechanic and he recommended me to get a carb instead because that way i wont have to deal with all the sensors and computer stuff. Thats the reason i am deciding to go with carb over fuel injection, what do you guys recommend me

Your friends dad is sort of right, you won't have to deal with those sensors. However, those sensors make it nice for a daily driver by compensating for changes that would normally require re-tuning the carb (Elevation, temperature etc.)
