CARB leak?

I seem to have a small wet spot on the strangest place. If you look directly at the carb and look at the built in fuel filter housing there is a small round indent from factory which seems to be wet , not dripping just wet. Any ideas? I can seem to pinpoint the leak just on that spot it seems odd because its part of the carb itself by the looks of it. I seem to be getting a slight stumbled from it.

That indent is a plug for the hole that is necessary to drill the passage inside the carb. Clean it well and put epoxy over it.

It doesn't have anything to do with the stumbling problem.
