intake manifold and carb helpp

ok so today i was looking at my motor and there is a pinhole leak from my intake manifold so i am going to order a new one a good one and i want to put a new carb on it or at least rebuild the quadrajet on my car now i live in jersey and we have strict emission rules so does that mean my new intake manifold has to be egr? and am i better of just rebuilding the carb cause of that

Never heard a complaint concerning Edelbrock manifolds. I'd go with the 3701.

If you need any assistance with the rebuild, let us know. There's a few things that can be done on dis-assembly that will make the rebuild go a little smoother.
