I dont know much about these computer controlled q-jets but it sounds like a low speed idle circuit problem to me. If you can adjust this bring up the low speed idle just a bit. It sounds like after the engine is warmed up the carb is over compensating for it.

In-gear idle spec for an LG4 was only like 500 RPMs, 600 in park, if memory serves. I guess the question is.... what changed from before? What did it used to idle at? Did this happen out of the blue, or did something change and then it started happening? Is the engine completely stock?
