Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
Just cap the vacuum line that supplies the TVS. Nothing complicated at all.

Top back of the carb? I see your picture, but I've only seen that used for the EGR valve solenoid.
Yes, cap the T connector on the bottom front (assuming you don't have the A.I.R. anymore, either).
