Welcome to TGO.
Tuning the ccc-qjet requires a dwell meter or scanner. The goal is to get the Mixture Control Solenoid (MCS) dwell near 50% at idle. The MCS controls the amount of times the primary rods are in the jets, restricting fuel flow. At 50% dwell the system has the most room for adjustment each way, rich or lean.
The system requires input from several sources including the distributor, Vac sensor, O2 sensor and TPS.
There's a tech article here on adjusting the AV tension and choosing secondary rods and hangers. The secondary side is the same as any other mechanical qjet.
Are you experiencing specific problems?

Some good stuff here:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/carb...its-greek.html
If you haven't yet replaced the cap/rotor/plugs I'd do that first. They're routinely replaced items. Otherwise let me know where you're at and/or any specific q's you have and I can help out.
